This week 24 friendlies were kind enough to indulge me and my weekly blog by dropping their breakfasts, school books and schedules, to step outside of their homes (and for some, out of their comfort zone) and let me snap a picture of them.
I shot them all on their respective streets, in front of their houses, with locations ranging between the North End of Halifax to Woodlawn in Dartmouth and the shore of the Bedford Basin.
As far as choosing my favorite photos from this week, I definitely had more luck shooting some people more than others. Between dodging traffic, exposing for harsh daylight, and the surge of sudden downpours, not all of the images came out as well as I'd hoped.
Nonetheless, I've selected a few photos of ladies where the universe aligned and granted the moment with a pose, exposure, style and expression worth sharing.
